about us:

My name is Carol but friends call me Caz. I have always been a great lover of animals especially dogs. My first Stafford was a black and tan bitch, she was the prettiest Stafford I have seen. I remember the day I got her, I had begged my mum for a Stafford and always got the same answer NO! We had decided to get a puppy, my mum wanted a poodle something very small and delicate she would be able to pick up and cuddle. So whilst looking through the papers for poodles my brother and I accidentally stumbled across a litter of Staffordshire bull terrier pups for sale. I persuaded him to ring them up just out of curiosity to get some info. My mum said no way! she was set on her poodle, so we phoned the poodle breeders and arranged to go and see the litter, what mother didn't realise was that we had also phoned the staffy number and arranged to see them also. My mum agreed to look at both litters but after seeing the staffy litter she didn't want to look at the poodles she had already fallen for the black and tan bundle of joy soon to be called Tasha. A year later I started showing with my red dog and got bitten by the bug. I fell for showing and Stafford's, hook line and sinker. I am still very much enjoying the showing and the socialising that goes with it, everyone is very friendly.

I have now settled down with my husband Stephen, who is also a dog lover, he has always had Bassett's in his family. He fell in love with my dogs and gets on great with them. Back in October 2005, we had a new addition to the family, and now have a beautiful son together called Calum. He loves the bow wows too. We all make a fantastic team and are looking forward to a wonderful future together.

Since getting our first Stafford my two brothers have also fallen for the breed and each own and show staffies. I have been granted my affix Cazomic, so watch out for us in the very near future.
